zc444 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Member Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an active account on zc444, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zc444 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• You must be an individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and third-party agents may not register accounts on the zc444 platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of zc444 or any of its affiliated entities or third-party service providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with zc444 specifically or through any national or international problem gambling register to which zc444 subscribes.
• Your use of the zc444 platform must comply with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online gaming in your location before registering.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are satisfied. zc444 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time.

Membership of the zc444 platform is obtained by completing the online registration process accurately and in full. Each Member is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on zc444. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

During registration and at subsequent intervals determined by zc444's compliance obligations, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and mobile number. You must notify zc444 promptly of any changes to this information by contacting support at [email protected].

zc444 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration application at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Accounts found to have been registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information are subject to immediate suspension and all balances may be withheld pending investigation.

zc444 grants each Member a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, spin casino games, or interact with any zc444 product.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities in the zc444 platform, including but not limited to incorrectly priced odds, software bugs, or payment processing errors.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit promotional bonus terms, free bet offers, or cashback promotions in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, table game, or tournament offered through zc444, or sharing information that provides any unfair advantage over other participants.
• Using the zc444 platform for the purpose of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other activity prohibited under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction without the prior written consent of zc444. Unauthorised chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Sharing your zc444 account with any other person or allowing any third party to access your account on your behalf.

All sports betting on the zc444 platform — including cricket, football, UFC, and other sporting events — is subject to the specific market rules applicable to each event and the general betting rules set out herein. Pakistani players are advised to review market-specific rules before placing bets on PSL, international cricket, and other localised events.

A bet is considered "accepted" and binding on both parties only when it has been confirmed by the zc444 system and a bet reference number has been issued. zc444 reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error ("palpable error" rule).
• The bet was placed using funds obtained through an exploited bonus or promotional mechanism in breach of these Terms.
• The underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant market rules.
• zc444 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet forms part of a suspicious betting pattern, match-fixing activity, or other integrity concern.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Member should contact zc444 support within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. zc444 will investigate the dispute and issue a final decision within 14 business days. zc444's decision on bet settlement disputes is final and binding, subject only to review by the relevant gaming regulatory authority under the applicable license.

The zc444 Casino offers both Random Number Generator (RNG)-powered electronic table games and live dealer games broadcast from licensed studio environments. All casino games offered on the zc444 platform are subject to certification by independent testing laboratories to verify that the Random Number Generator in use produces genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes across all game events.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by a live human dealer in a studio facility. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, zc444's recorded game logs constitute the definitive record of the round outcome and will be used to determine settlement. If the round cannot be completed due to a system failure originating on zc444's side, all wagers placed in the affected round will be refunded in full.

zc444 reserves the right to modify the game library available on the platform, including the withdrawal of specific games, at any time without prior notice. Games that are removed from the platform while a Member holds unplayed free spins on that title will have the free spin value credited as equivalent bonus cash at the standard wagering rate.

zc444 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotional page in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by zc444 unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion. Bonuses that remain incomplete at the expiry of the promotion period are forfeited without compensation.
• zc444 applies game contribution weightings to wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino table games, and slot games may contribute different percentages to wagering requirement completion. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• A Member may hold a maximum of one active welcome bonus at any given time. Welcome bonuses are available only to Members who have not previously made a deposit on the zc444 platform.
• zc444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Members who have opted into a promotion prior to its modification will be treated under the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in.

zc444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. For Pakistani Members, these currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Payment method availability may change at zc444's discretion without prior notice.

The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the zc444 platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. zc444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return funds received from unverified third-party sources.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Current minimum deposit is Rs 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible, in line with anti-money laundering best practice.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. zc444 may also request additional source of funds documentation for large withdrawal requests at its compliance team's discretion.
• zc444 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed on the payment information page. These timeframes represent targets rather than guarantees and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• zc444 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees independent of zc444, for which zc444 accepts no responsibility.

All Member funds are held in segregated accounts separate from zc444's operational funds, providing an additional layer of protection for Members' deposited balances.

zc444 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum amount you can deposit into your zc444 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders and hard logout limits to prevent excessive consecutive gaming sessions.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions displaying the duration of your current session and your net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary self-exclusion for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and reactivation requests during the exclusion period will be declined.
• Account Closure: Any Member may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment account.

zc444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Member is found to have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or in response to a KYC request.
• The Member is found to be below the minimum eligibility age of 21 years.
• The Member has engaged in any conduct prohibited under Section 4 of these Terms, or has otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions in a material respect.
• zc444 is required to do so by order of a regulatory authority, court of competent jurisdiction, or law enforcement agency.
• The Member's account activity presents a risk of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

Upon account closure following a breach, zc444 may, at its discretion, withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure arises from a Member's voluntary request unrelated to any breach, the verified real-money balance will be returned within the standard withdrawal processing period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc444 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a Member through gaming on the zc444 platform, whether arising from the inherent unpredictability of gambling outcomes or from any technical malfunction.
• Interruptions to platform availability resulting from scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond zc444's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any loss or damage arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials or from unauthorised access to the Member's account by a third party.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.

Where zc444 is found liable to a Member under applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of zc444 to that Member shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zc444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address on file and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the zc444 platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the zc444 platform following the notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above. Any open bets placed prior to the effective date of amended terms will be settled under the terms in effect at the time the bet was placed.

These Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between zc444 and each Member with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of whatever nature.
